Being a loft, there is a staircase, so it would not be a good fit for those with stair mobility issues.

Across the street is the river walk, with 3.4 miles of paved walkways. Eagles, herons, beavers and lots of other wildlife are common. Out of the congestion and noise of Portland, this safe, clean, well maintained property is still close, ideally located for nurses working at south or east side hospitals: 7 min. to Willamette Falls Hospital and Kaiser East Sunnyside campus, 15 min. to Providence Milwaukie, 15 min. to Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center Tualatin, 20 min. to Portland Adventist, and 30 min. to OHSU in Portland. Other greater Portland hospitals are a short commute as well.

We are located on the Tri-Met bus routes, and are 10 min. from the green and orange MAX train stations.
