This newly-renovated, eclectic apartment is located at the garden level of our house. Your unit would be accessible by keypad through your own entrance. Entry is through a shared mud room/laundry space. Fresh paint, new carpet, A/C, blackout curtains, bathtub/full shower, curated artwork for a fun environment, large closet, and extra storage available. We do have soundproofing in the stairwell between units.

We are open to having cats in the apartment, but it might not be the best set up for a dog. Its important to bring furry friends when you are a traveling professional, so we are happy to consider any situation. There will be a non-refundable cleaning fee based on the type and amount of animals.

The property has a fire pit, veggie garden (obviously in the summertime), ping-pong hut, and shared patio space (also more relevant in spring/summer). All utilities (w/s/g, wifi, and electricity) are included.

The unit is located 6 blocks from Spokane's flagship park, Manito. 2 blocks from Manito Shopping Center which has a large grocery store, RiteAid, Ross, a pizza spot, and a tap house.

We are friendly hosts with local knowledge, in case you have any needs or questions. We are happy to give you space, but if any need arises, we are here to help.
