Description

My house is 2 miles from Ascension Seton Hays Medical Center in Kyle, TX. 4 bedroom, 2 bath, with nice backyard and off street parking. I'm renting out 2 of the bedrooms, one as a bedroom and the other as a den. The rooms and private bathroom are all down their own hallway. The traveler is welcome to use the kitchen and laundry room, of course.

I am retired and live here by myself with my 3 year old mixed breed doggo. He's easy going, well trained, and doesn't bark. He "helps" me when I'm working in the yard and goes everywhere (almost) with me. When I travel he stays with my son in Austin.

I rented to travelers in the past when I worked at Ethan Allen in CA and it was a wonderful experience. Now that I have followed my son to Texas I would like to start renting again.
