We’re changing to a new location for our weekday run — same Gathr energy, just a different vibe.

Join us at Sloan’s Lake for a social run designed to break up the week and get some miles in with good people.

What to expect:

🏃‍♀️ 2-4 mile options
👟 All paces welcome — walk/run, jog, or push the pace
🌿 Flat, beginner-friendly paths
🤝 Chill, low-pressure environment to meet new people

Schedule:

6:30 PM — arrive + chit chat
6:35 PM — quick intro + group photo
6:40 PM — run starts
~7:10 PM — hang out + optional post-run social

This isn’t replacing our Saturday runs — it’s your midweek refresh. A chance to move, connect, and show up for yourself (and each other) during the week.

Come solo or bring a friend — either way, you’ll have people to run with.
