Danielle Orchard was amazing in securing a great contact for me! She was very friendly and listened to what I was looking for along with throwing out new ideas I hadn’t considered. I would definitely reach out to them in the future when looking for a new travel contract.
Have had a great experience working with Axis so far. My recruiter has been incredibly supportive, and all the staff I’ve interacted with are also stellar. Travel nursing can feel really isolating and Axis works really hard to help you feel more at ease.
I have to really give a huge shout out to my recruiter, Danielle. She was the best at communicating quickly with me!! She remembered all my preferences, and matched me up with amazing opportunities! She was very easy to work with. I will definitely keep in touch with AXIS and Danielle!!
Axis is an awesome company to work for. I am so thankful I had the opportunity to work in a travel nursing position with Axis. Danielle, the Healthcare Recruiter I worked with, was so communicative and supportive throughout my entire assignment. I highly recommend working with Axis if you are looking into a travel nursing position.
One of the best companies I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I had the awesome opportunity to work with Lynna and Sam who were amazing and have become more than just my recruiter. I’ve been traveling for a few years now and have always told people that to me it never really mattered what agency.. but it was the recruiter who makes a difference. Great communication skills. Helped me through a lot of times and got me back on my feet. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
I am a first time travel nurse who really had no idea what I was doing. I decided to pursue 2 travel companies, Axis and a bigger more well known company. Axis was 1000% better than the competition. My recruiter Kristen was absolutely amazing in finding me my new job. Her communication levels can’t be beat. With the other company, it would be so hard to even get a response at times. Kristen not only responded promptly, but thoroughly with detailed messages which I really appreciate. It’s scary when this is your first time on your own but she was there for me, answering every single question I had. I never felt like a burden or made to feel dumb. Would honestly recommend Axis and Kristen to any nurse looking to travel. She got me the job I wanted in the area I wanted, and didn’t stop until I got what I was looking for! Can’t wait to work with her on my getting my next assignment in a few months!
As a new grad nurse I always knew I wanted to be a travel nurse but not with just a year under my belt, but I still went for it and I am so happy I came across Axis Medical Staffing and that my recruiter Danielle Orchard and Tiffanie Nguyen were able to guide me throughout the entire process. They were the people I hoped to find and be able to work with! They made navigating travel nursing easy and made it easier than I thought it was going to be. They never once left me feeling like I didn't know what I was doing and reached out accordingly and respectfully! They provided in detail assignments that best fit my search and provided extra options in case I was open to other options. They also made my boarding process for my first assignment super easy to complete and updated me with my progress when it came to paperwork and assignments I had to complete and that in turn helped keep me on top of things! I am super grateful for their guidance and look forward to continuing working with them!
Thank you again ladies and to the rest of the staff that keeps Medical Axis being the best travel agency! 😊
Being new to travel nursing, the entire process can be fairly daunting. Danielle Orchard, my recruiter, made the experience feel seamless and engaging. She reached out by phone and had a genuine conversation with me about my experience and what it is that I was looking for. From there, she sent me positions that matched what I was searching for - not just available positions. For every position she found, she was thorough with me in what I could reasonably expect and what the position would likely look like. She was very communicative, incredibly supportive, and deeply understanding the entire way. She is easily the best recruiter I have worked with and I can't recommend her enough! Not sure about the rest of Axis, but Danielle is stellar!
Axis Medical Staffing is rated as one of the top agencies on Highway Hypodermics for a reason. The thoroughness, efficiency, and honesty that my recruiter, Melody provided gave me reassurance that this would definitely be an agency I will continue to work with for future contracts. There was great communication and honesty between us. She even checked up on me after my first shift as well as first week into the contract. I greatly appreciate everybody that I worked with on the Axis team. Even, credentialing was a smooth process. I highly recommend them for both first time travelers as well as seasoned travelers!
