Axis Medical Staffing is one of Top Travel Nursing Companies for 2019 by Highway Hypodermics!
Axis Medical Staffing has been recognized by Highway Hypodermics as a Top Travel Nursing Company for 2019! Axis ranked #22 this year, scoring exceptionally high in evaluations provided by actual travel nurses.
Highway Hypodermics, founded by Kay Slane, RN, BS, CGM, is the original standard for rating travel nursing companies, dating back to her first list in 2004. The announcement of her list each January is an anticipated event for all in the industry, and being included is not an easy accomplishment to achieve. It’s also one you can be assured is of the highest integrity, as stated upon providing any review:
“Highway Hypodermics takes pride in this list, and we will defend its honor! We check email validity and now have the capability to track IP addresses. Any suspicious activity will be thoroughly Investigated!”
For their rankings they use three criteria – an annually updated company profile, a list of current benefits offered, and at least 20 current travel nurse evaluations. Among their top 24 ranked companies, Axis received the third highest score in terms of evaluations provided by travel nurses.

This joins a growing list of achievements for Axis, including being recognized as a top Travel Nursing company four years in a row by Travel Nursing Central, and the past two years by BluePipes. Axis also received the Gold Seal of Approval for Healthcare Staffing from The Joint Commission in 2007.
